That video will shock you with how easy it is to make video over. Who cares? Well listen up. Here are a few numbers on Youtube. These figures are going to SHOCK you and show you exactly what’s going on right now in today’s market:

70,000,000 – number of total videos on YouTube (March 2008)

200,000 – number of video publishers on YouTube (March 2008)

225,000,000 – number of YouTube videos viewed per day

112,486,327 – number of views the most viewed video on YouTube has (January, 2009)

2 minutes 46.17 seconds – average length of video

412.3 years – length in time it would take to view all content on YouTube (March 2008)

26.57 - average age of uploader

13 hours – amount of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute

US $1.65 billion in Google stock – amount Google Inc. announced that it had acquired YouTube for in October 2006

$1,000,000 – YouTube’s estimated bandwidth costs per day

It’s hard to compare apples to apples, though. Recent Comscore data says Google/YouTube streams just under 7 billion videos per month in the U.S., up from around 5 billion/month late last year. That’s about 225 million streams a day, which still puts them well above all the next major competitors (MySpace, Hulu, Yahoo, Viacom, Microsoft, etc.). Nielsen says Google/YouTube streams 5.5 billion videos/month in the U.S.

What those numbers mean TO YOU is that video is a huge, giant, massive force, like it or not. And why not go WITH the stream or the tide and use it to our advantage?

The Big Shift In MY Own Persnoal Thinking and
Why I’m Paying Attention To Video

Listen, I’m a copywriter. Plain and simple. So while I’ve used video here and there, I really wasn’t ready to jump on anything remotely resembling a bandwagon. But as a marketer as WELL as a copywriter, I realize in today’s recession, you’ve gotta use every tool you can….especially when in the U.S. at least, the Gov’t seems keen on taking away tools like fax, voice broadcast and possibly even greatly restricting direct mail (which would be a massive mistake).

I’ve create a special 11-page dossier for you that summarizes some of my important research on the topic from what 6 figure earners are doing real world. Here’s what you will get in my report:

The 2 GIANT keys:

a. credible
b. professional

If your videos aren’t credible and reasonably professional, you’ll lose people. I SHOW you actual examples of online marketers doing it RIGHT.

The big, big difference a proper background in your video makes: Listen, your BACKGROUND is absolutely, positively crucial to your video. Most video backgrounds SUCK. So with just a little effort, a plant here, a dab of pain there, you can STAND OUT.

If you need one GREAT reason to give me one lousy buck with no recurring billing attached it’s to SEE with your own 2 eyes 6 figure earners who use videos to generate leads and make sales. And to SEE the backgrounds they USE and what a huge difference the right background makes in video. And how you can do it on the cheap without spending an arm and a leg.

Video is for you if:

  • If you want to sell products that cost more than $40 or $50
  • If you realize that people use all 5 senses and so should you
  • If you talk better than you write
  • If you’re a go-getter and want every advantage
  • If you want to sell big ticket products
  • If you need an extra way to get people on webinars or teleseminars
  • If you want to use Youtube and other video sites to get TRAFFIC

Even if you do AFFILIATE PROMOTIONS using video or you talk to your affiliates using live video, then the LOOK and FEEL of your videos is critically important.

Is video worth bothering with?

Do you want to communicate to people with only ONE sense? Or do you want to use ALL 5 senses and get 5X the impact? smell and taste are a bit hard to use. But text, audio and video are readily at our disposal.

Here are a few things I cover on my buck report:

Simple changes make a big difference:

==> Simple changes in your background that make a huge difference.
==> Actual examples of good backgrounds.
==> The best persuasion video I’ve seen and it’s doable for anyone to create.
==> A simple webcam you can use.
==> How to make your videos in 16:9 widescreen proportions.
==> What a great youtube channel looks like.
==> Examples of really well done blogs.

Are You Going To Be The NEXT Person Who PROVES Darwin Was Right?

Darwin didn’t say the smartest, fastest or best species survived. He said the ones that ADAPT to CHANGE.

Are you gonna ADAPT or are you gonna sit on the sofa and WATCH TV and VIDEOS on your laptop while stubbornly insisting on ONLY marketing via text?

Have you ever NOT bought because you saw that dull, dingy, unprofessional video? If you have, then you KNOW it’s worth $1 to get some GREAT examples from 6 figure earners how to video is done RIGHT.

“Yeah, but Marlon. I’m busy and I’m in this coaching program and what EXACTLY is knowing anything about video going to do FOR ME?”

1. You can increase conversions

2. You can generate leads from youtube and other video sites.

3. You can build bonds with your customers and sell larger tickets

It’s a whole new world. While some tools are being TAKEN AWAY from us, other tools appear. And video is a great tool used in the right place and the right way with a modicum of skill.

Crappy, dull, dim, amateur looking videos kinda make your stomach turn and your eyebrows raise. People who produce something just a CUT ABOVE the competition have a big advantage.

Questions:

What does a good video, blog or youtube channel look like?
